Sales-Focused Spa Associate Team Leader Wanted

Are you a sales leader who happens to love the spa and wellness industry? We're not looking for someone to just "manage operations." We're looking for a high-performance sales manager who knows how to build, train, and lead a team that sells confidently, consistently, and successfully.

This role is all about revenue. You will be the driving force behind membership sales, service upgrades, and retail performance and you'll know how to train others to get results.

What You'll Be Responsible For :

• Executing sales strategies that drive membership, retail, and service upgrades
• Training and coaching team members (front desk spa associates) to sell without being pushy
• Monitoring daily / weekly / monthly sales KPIs and setting clear performance goals
• Leading sales meetings and 1 : 1 coaching sessions focused on conversion, upselling, and retention
• Hiring and developing team members with a focus on accountability and sales performance
• Delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience that supports conversion and repeat visits
