Job description

Our SalesOperations team drives the systems andstructurethat keep the business moving connecting Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure flawless execution from order creation to customer delivery.The Sales Ops Managersupports all day-to-day salesoperations functionsacross multiple markets.Youll serve as the operational backbone between Sales and Distribution managing workflows, order accuracy, promotions, reporting, and team development.This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience working with cannabis sales and distro teams and thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with supply chain and distro partners to confirmproductavailability, order cutoffs, and delivery schedules.
  • Identifyand implement process enhancementsto streamline order accuracy, reporting, and communication with Distro partners.
  • Lead weekly communication syncswith Sales and Distro teams toalign on delivery schedules, promotions, and priorities.
  • Partner with the National Director to design and implement scalable data solutions across states.
  • Build and maintainweekly reports trackingorderaccuracy,inventory age, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Support the rollout of new product launchesacross multiple states, ensuring the Sales team has allnecessarytools, pricing, and assets.
  • Help prepare sales teams forlargestatepromotionsand seasonal programs(4 / 20, 7 / 10, Green Wednesday, etc.)
  • Assistwithstate expansions, onboarding new partners, andestablishingoperational infrastructure.
  • Coordinate tradeshowparticipationwith the marketing team, ensuringlogistics, materials, and post-show reporting are completed.
  • Trainand mentor Sales Operations Coordinators and Specialists across regions.
  • Ensure Sales adherence andalignmentwithnationalSOPs checklists and workflows helping hold accountability within the department.
  • Oversee the ordering andlogisticsof displays, signage, and other merchandising assetsin coordination with Marketing and Field teams.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills & Abilities :

  • 35 years of experience in Sales Operations, Distribution Operations,orLogisticsin the Cannabis Industry.
  • Strong understanding of cannabis order flow, compliance documentation, and fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiencyin data systemsand platformsrequired(Airtable, Salesforce,Excel, Leaflink)
  • Understanding of database and data integrity principles
  • Deep Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and / or lift a minimum of20lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and / or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.
  • Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
