Broker Position
The QuoteWell team is looking for an energetic Broker to join our team and continue to build out our brokerage offering. Experience in construction, environmental, or energy risks is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales and new carrier appointments to grow QuoteWell's footprint
- Support the continued evolution of wholesale operations at QuoteWell
- Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships
- Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business
- Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets
- Partner with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build solutions to streamline efforts across the full policy lifecycle in the surplus lines space
What You'll Need
Sufficient experience at a wholesale brokerageNecessary licenses for your appropriate lines of businessStrong sales / producer abilitiesAbility to handle high-volume deals, generating quotes and servicing policies quicklyExcellent communication skills : both in-person and writtenOrganized and detail orientedA natural desire to see things through and a history of being scrappy when it countsWillingness and ability to travel depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new businessWhat We Offer Our Full-Time Employees
