What You’ll Be Doing – Your Role with CARE

As a Geothermal HVAC Technician at AllTech Services, you’re not just maintaining systems—you’re advancing energy-efficient comfort solutions that make a lasting difference. You’ll install, service, and repair geothermal heating and cooling systems while living out our CARE values :

Curiosity – Diagnose, repair, and optimize geothermal HVAC systems while staying current with evolving technologies, tools, and methods that improve efficiency and performance.

Ambition – Educate homeowners about geothermal benefits, system upgrades, and energy savings. Always look for opportunities to enhance value and sustainability.

Responsibility – Follow industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices to ensure reliable, high-quality geothermal installations and service.

Empathy – Listen to customer concerns and provide honest, thoughtful solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience (geothermal experience preferred)

EPA Certification II or Universal (NATE preferred but not required)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with geothermal heat pumps and loop systems

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, trenches, and on ladders
