Lead Backend Developer

A company is looking for a Lead Developer-Backend Service Development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and security standards

Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and oversee project execution

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6-7 years of experience in software development or systems engineering

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience

Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS for backend service development

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

Experience in designing and implementing APIs using OpenAPI specifications
