Job Title : Warehouse Lead

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $20 / hr

Location : Fort Worth, TX 76140

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding a team of warehouse associates in receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong organizational skills, a focus on safety, and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse associates to achieve high performance and maintain quality standards.

Daily Operations : Coordinate daily warehouse tasks, including receiving incoming products and preparing outgoing shipments.

Inventory Management : Maintain inventory organization and accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

Order Fulfillment : Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.

Shipping & Receiving : Process inbound and outbound shipments, verify documentation, and assist with loading / unloading as needed.

Safety & Compliance : Promote a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company and OSHA safety protocols.

Performance Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates on productivity, inventory, and order accuracy.

Problem-Solving : Quickly identify and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, or shipping errors.

Continuous Improvement : Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (lead / supervisory experience preferred).

Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical warehouse duties.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
