Title :  Travel Speech Therapist

Location :   Belle Fourche, South Dakota

Shift :  Day shift (5 8-hour shifts per week)

Start Date :  As soon as possible

\n\t\n

\n\n

\n Job Description :  As a Travel Speech Therapist, you will :

\n\n \n\t

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients.

\n\t\n\t

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain and enhance their communication and swallowing abilities.

\n\t\n\t

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

\n\t\n\t

Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication and quality of life.

\n\t\n\t

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

\n\t\n

\n\n

\n Education & Certification Requirements :

\n\n \n\t

Education :  Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

\n\t\n\t

Licensure :  Active Speech Therapist license in the state of South Dakota or eligibility to obtain one.

\n\t\n\t

Certifications : \n\n\t \n\t \n\t\n\t

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.

\n\t\n\t

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).

\n\t\n\t

Additional certifications relevant to SNF care are a plus.

\n\t\n
