Patient Experience requirements : 1-2 years clinical experienceHospital Specifics- profileRequested Skill with oncology nutritionMust skills performed on assessment and weekly reassessment for outpatient cancer center patients.Patients seen include all those getting radiation head / neck, lung, stomach, intestines, rectal, prostate, etc.Anywhere in which radiation can cause nutrition related side effects.Patients include those getting full treatment, palliative radiation patients excluded.Occasional chemo patients by consult.Certifications Code : (Required uniform) Business casual or scrubs allowedUnit Guidelines / attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
