Position Summary :
BBSI is overseeing the recruitment efforts for a client based in the Northern Bay Area, they are a high end Landscaping design and architecture firm looking to increase their efficiency and productivity to better service their clientele.
The Managing Partner is the executive leader responsible for driving the strategic direction, financial performance, operational efficiency, and growth of the company. As a key stakeholder and decision-maker, the Managing Partner ensures all business functions are aligned with the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives.
This role requires a strong combination of leadership, business acumen, people management, and market insight. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar operations and delivering scalable, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term growth plan
- Evaluate market trends, risks, and opportunities to guide executive decision-making
- Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Represent the company in high-level external relationships, including partners, investors, and clients
Operational Oversight
Oversee all day-to-day operations including finance, sales, marketing, HR, legal, and production (or service delivery)Drive performance across departments to meet or exceed revenue, margin, and efficiency targetsChampion process improvement, operational excellence, and technology integrationFinancial Management
Maintain full P&L responsibility; ensure financial health and sustainability of the companyMonitor cash flow, capital investments, and financial KPIsWork closely with CFO or finance team to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory complianceLeadership & Culture

10+ years of executive leadership experience, ideally in companies with $10M+ in annual revenueDemonstrated success in managing complex operations and driving revenue growthStrong financial literacy with P&L, balance sheet, and financial strategy expertiseProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale organizationsBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredExceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with strategic foresight and agilityPreferred Attributes :
