The Technical Communications Team of One Identity is responsible for researching and writing technical user documentation, explaining complex IT Security solutions. We collaborate with the development and UX design teams, proactively initiating discussions about the content and usability of our documentation and user interfaces. We like working in a positive and supportive team environment and thrive when we have the opportunity to make the world a bit safer (and better). Responsibilities

Core responsibilities for all Technical / UX Writers

• Analyze development requirements to determine the documentation and user interface content deliverables for a project.
• Write, review, and maintain technical documentation and user interface content.
• Talk to developers and UX designers to become familiar with product technology and to collect information for documentation and UX writing purposes.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and customer use cases.
• Adhere to technical communication standards.
• Conduct technical and peer reviews, run tests to ensure consistent quality for the produced content.
• Ensure documentation usability by testing their validity against the product.
