Job descriptionSaturday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM Solo General Dentist role Minimum 1 year of experience required Goal : 15 patients per day Hygienist onsite for clinical support Starting Daily Guarantee : $900 / day Tiered Production Bonus : 25% 28% You earn the greater of the daily guarantee or production Must meet the daily guarantee threshold to activate percentage Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) retirement plan 40 hours paid sick time Free internal CE courses Relocation bonus (TBD) Must have an active Texas dental license - willing to wait for licensure At least 1 year of general dentistry experience Able to work independently with support staff Positive, production-focused mindset Rapidly growing metro with strong patient demand Excellent cost of living and housing affordability Close to the Gulf Coast and Mexico for quick getaways No state income tax Strong community and family-friendly lifestyle

Clinical Responsibilities
This is a full-spectrum general dentistry role that includes :
Fillings
Crowns
Partials & Complete Dentures
Anterior Endo (optional but preferred)
Specialized cases are referred out
