ASC Administrator

The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Quivira Ambulatory Surgery Center while ensuring high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on building a collaborative team environment, optimizing facility performance, and supporting staff development to achieve clinical and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Operations Management :

• Oversee the daily operations of the surgery center, ensuring that both clinical and non-clinical services are running efficiently.
• Lead initiatives that drive operational excellence, including improving labor efficiencies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring resource availability.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to implement best practices and standardization across departments.
