Compensation : $40-50k based on relevant experience + sales commission after 3 month trial period.

reputation for craftsmanship, sustainability, and luxury. With our first U.S.

flagship showroom opening in Miami, we are seeking an Assistant Manager

to help drive operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support

sales growth.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager will play a dual role : supporting back-office operations

and being a front-facing presence in the showroom. This person will ensure

orders, deliveries, and installations run smoothly, while also engaging with

clients, walk-ins, and project partners to support sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Back Office

o  Manage and track orders from quote to delivery and installation.

o  Coordinate with installers, logistics teams, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

o  Prepare and send estimates, quotes, and proposals.

o  Oversee scheduling of deliveries and installations.

o   Maintain accurate records and assist with invoicing as needed.

o  Welcome and assist walk-in clients, designers, and trade professionals.

o  Support the showroom manager in client presentations and follow-ups.

o  Provide product knowledge and assist with sample requests.

o  Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing store movement

o  Assist the marketing department to help organize showroom events and activations.

o  Oversee inventory levels of showroom samples, supplies, and day to day essentials.
