About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Construction to manage and support construction projects for a large national energy client. You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, lead a team of project managers, and ensure everything runs smoothly — on time, within budget, and up to standards.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
- Plan and manage all stages of construction projects — from scheduling and budgeting to quality control.
- Handle contracts, negotiations, and resource planning.
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors, solve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Monitor budgets, prepare cost estimates, and create proposals.
- Oversee project documentation, procurement, and field operations (engineering and commissioning).
