Senior Project Architect – Residential Design (Onsite)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate the creation of construction documents from schematic design through construction administration.
- Partner with external architects, consultants, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure design intent is fully realized.
- Work closely with Project Managers to address city plan review comments, support permit approvals, and streamline consultant responses.
- Assist construction teams by resolving field issues and providing clear, practical design solutions.
- Review plan sets for quality, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure merchandising and specifications match the approved plans.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (architectural licensure in CA is a plus).10+ years of professional architectural experience, ideally with residential projects.Strong understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and industry standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other similar 3D modeling tools.Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong collaborative mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Why You’ll Love Working Here
