What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate the creation of construction documents from schematic design through construction administration.
• Partner with external architects, consultants, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure design intent is fully realized.
• Work closely with Project Managers to address city plan review comments, support permit approvals, and streamline consultant responses.
• Assist construction teams by resolving field issues and providing clear, practical design solutions.
• Review plan sets for quality, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure merchandising and specifications match the approved plans.
