A company is looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee organic and paid social execution across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute thematic social media campaigns aligned with business goals
Manage daily organic social posting across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Create and test paid social ads while monitoring performance metrics for optimization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing social media for B2C and B2B brands
Experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns
Strong copy instincts and creative direction skills
Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
Familiarity with social scheduling and ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
