Title : Locum Tenens OB / GYN Physician - 24-Hour Call Position

Location : Northern California

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OB / GYN physician to join our team on a locum tenens basis in Northern California. This position entails providing 24-hour call coverage for our obstetrics and gynecology department, ensuring continuous care and support for our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients in need, including prenatal care, labor and delivery management, gynecologic surgeries, and postpartum care.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and emergencies, offering expert medical assessment and intervention as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, midwives, and specialists, to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
