About the Role :

As a  Clinical Director , you will :

• Lead and Supervise :  Directly oversee and train primary care providers (PCPs) in your assigned center, ensuring top-notch clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Patient Care :  Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic conditions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with specialists as needed.
• Team Management :  Lead your care team, including medical assistants and coordinators. Engage with hospitalists and transitional care teams for patients in various settings.
• Operational Leadership :  Conduct weekly meetings, support center operations, and assist in recruiting and patient outreach.
