We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Responsibilities :
- Receive and sign for overnight mail deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and distribution to recipients.
- Open, log, and process incoming mail, delivering it to the appropriate person or department.
- Sort and scan mail to designated file locations for organized record-keeping.
- Track incoming checks and maintain accurate logs for financial documentation.
- Post outgoing mail using the postage machine and ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor office supply inventory, placing orders when stock levels are low.
- Prepare and assemble meeting packets as directed by management.
- Perform general filing duties to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 365 for administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11, with basic user experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling mail, supplies, and documentation.
- Ability to manage receptionist duties with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
- Previous experience in an administrative office setting is preferred.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors.
