This position will have a significant focus on sales and recruitment of new members, developing and maintaining relationships with existing members, and providing operational support to the D1 Training team. The Ideal Candidate will have high energy, able to problem solve, create solutions, and meet their commitments. Candidate able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, when needed. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
Responsibilities
Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.Nurturing leads through the sales process.Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs / goals.Discuss clients success and feedback with Coach team.Sales & Marketing Support
Support the General Manager in achieving membership sales goals, including conducting tours, promoting membership packages, and assisting with lead generation and conversion.Help implement and promote marketing initiatives and special events to increase brand awareness and engagement.Communication & Reporting
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the General Manager and other team members.Generate and review daily / weekly / monthly reports related to gym operations, membership metrics, and financial performance.Assist in preparing and presenting performance updates to senior management.Qualifications
Must be a high-energy individual.Must have 2+ years in salesMust have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.(PREFERRED) 2 years of leadership experience(PREFERRED) Ability to speak Spanish a plusCompensation / Commission
Compensation $32,000 to $40,000 Base SalaryCommission on KPI per Month - $250-$500Commission on Special Assignment - $500-$1000Physical Requirements
