Responsibilities

Leading and growing a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists focused on corporate data and analytics.

Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs.

Engineering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment.

Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner.

Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics

Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams.

Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support.

Providing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What we're looking for

Have a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience and have 15+ years across data engineering, ML, and analytics.

Leverage a deep expertise in subscription sales finance datasets.

Possess exceptional engineering skills with proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data.

Demonstrate expertise in delivering cloud-based data solutions and expertise in data architecture, compliance, security, and governance.

Offer expertise with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Python, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB, and Notebooks.

Be an excellent communicator, able to lead independently and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings :

Minimum :

$146,700.00

Maximum : $339,300.00

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
