KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. Responsibilities include :

  • Providing tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for a variety of Asset Management clients
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience; managing teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
  • Managing a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients; building and managing client relationships
  • Overseeing risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and project budgets
  • Advising clients and being accountable for delivering high quality tax service and advice
  • Participating in and contributing to market and business activities external to the firm

Qualifications :

  • Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and / or law firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university
  • Licensed CPA, EA or JD / LLM, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing
  • Prior experience with pass-through entities, partnerships, and corporations
  • Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex information
