The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. The starting pay for this position is $19.00 / hour plus potential bonuses and is located at the Kansas City Airport located at 648 N. Madrid, Kansas City, MO 64153. This position will be primarily working outside in the elements. Schedules Available are :

• Schedule 2 : Wednesday - Sunday : 11 : 00am to 8 : 00pm
• Schedule 3 : Tuesday - Saturday : 12 : 00pm to 8 : 00pm

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and / or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.
