The Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that uses tennis to transform lives. In addition to our elite training programs that have produced top college players and champions, our community outreach initiatives provide free tennis and academic enrichment to youth in underserved communities, as well as adaptive programs for wheelchair athletes, Special Olympics participants, and military veterans.

Role Summary :
The preferred candidate will be a seasoned professional who has successfully operated at the intersection of executive support and organizational strategy. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of providing high-level support to the CEO / President, managing board governance, and driving operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating experience from military, corporate, or other structured, high-performance environments into the unique demands of a dynamic sports organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Executive Strategy & Support
- 3-5 years of experience in a multi-faceted, dynamic sports organization or comparable high-performance environment.
- Experience supporting senior leadership (strongly preferred).
- Direct experience as an executive assistant or strategic support role to a CEO or President.
- Proven track record collaborating with C-suite executives across multiple functional areas.
Board and Governance Expertise
Demonstrated experience serving as a board and committee liaison.Expertise in scheduling and coordinating board meetings, including agenda development and logistics management.Proven ability to establish and track deliverables for board meetings and executive committees.Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder scheduling across senior leadership teams.Technical and Operational Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Outlook for complex calendar and communication management.Exceptional organizational capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.Extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.Proven success in streamlining information flow and improving organizational workflows.Additional Requirements :
Leadership experience in sports academies or high-level collegiate athletics programs.Military background with applicable leadership and operational experience.Cross-industry experience demonstrating adaptability and transferable skills from other high-performance environments.
