Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in Normal, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 305 W. Beaufort St. location. Responsibilities :

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
