About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our professional team at our head office in Adelaide. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that all construction works are managed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project goals.
  • Supervise and support site teams, ensuring compliance with quality and WHS standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian building codes, WHS legislation, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
