Candidate Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building envelope restoration / commercial construction. Background in waterproofing systems, window and door replacement, concrete restoration, pedestrian traffic systems, stucco repair and general framing is a plus.
• General computer skills and ability to use construction related project management software.
• Experience in estimating commercial construction utilizing excel based program.
• Strong writing skills, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
