• In addition to building inspections we would require candidates to perform additional ancillary services.

Must be able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, crawlspaces, attics & roofs. We're seeking a team member who fits our culture of personal and professional development.  Qualifications & Abilities  Kentucky and or Ohio Home Inspector License (if you feel you're a good fit for the position but do not have licensure / certificate, may be considered) Excellent Customer Service Skills Oral Communication Skills - Strong Written Communication Skills Proficient use of PC and / or laptop, internet, e-mail and camera Professionalism Strong Mechanical Aptitude Desire for professional development :
