We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure efficient workflow. The Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, provide support to staff and management, and contribute to a well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative and clerical support to managers and staff
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and records
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Required Skills and Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in office administration or customer service
- Familiarity with office equipment and software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- May require occasional overtime depending on workload
