We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of a multi-phased residential development, combining renovation in place and new construction. This is a high-impact leadership role managing multiple buildings, infrastructure, and site improvements over several years.
Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all phases of the development, from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex residential projects ($50M+), demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team through all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee multiple phases and buildings simultaneously, including infrastructure and site development.
- Manage relationships with ownership, design professionals, consultants, municipalities, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with preconstruction and development teams to review design documents, identify risks, and provide constructability input.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, phasing plans, and logistics strategies to support efficient site operations.
- Lead procurement strategy, subcontractor buyout, and contract negotiations.
- Manage project cost reporting, change management, and forecasting.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts.
- Represent the company as the primary point of contact for the project.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily or mixed-use projects .Strong command of scheduling (MS Project), cost control, and project management software (Procore or similar).Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics while maintaining accountability and momentum.Why Join Us
