Paralegal

D4C Dental Brands is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our legal team in Atlanta, Georgia, to help support our mission of delivering exceptional, specialty-led dental care to children and families across the country.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of law and healthcare , supporting both our corporate legal team and our affiliated dental practices. You'll be a key partner in navigating corporate, transactional, and regulatory legal matters that impact our day-to-day operations.

In this role, you’ll :

✅ Draft and negotiate M&A-related materials and commercial contracts

✅ Manage employment, compliance, regulatory, and litigation matters

✅ Collaborate across business groups and provide practical legal guidance

✅ Help drive our mission through meaningful legal support

What we're looking for :

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal Studies or related field), or Associate’s with Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred)

⚖️ 3–5 years of law firm or in-house experience, ideally in healthcare regulatory or compliance

🏥 Experience with multi-location service providers and enterprise contract management systems (Lexion preferred)
