Our Event and Retail Sales Specialists typically earn between $50,000 and $60,000 annually , with top performers exceeding $80,000 per year through a combination of base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives. Your income potential is driven by your effortand supported by our proven training and support system

About the Role

Represent Rite Window at local retail locations and events, promoting our high-quality home improvement solutions

Engage directly with prospective and current customers through face-to-face sales conversations

Deliver compelling product presentations focused on value, quality, and expert service

Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your sales skills

Use this role as a launchpad for a long-term career in sales or management

Key Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude

Eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment

Willingness to travel locally for events and retail campaigns

Availability to work Saturdays and / or Sundays, with additional weekday hours available

Schedule & Location

This is a field-based role serving the Greater Boston Area and surrounding markets. Weekend availability (Saturday and / or Sunday) is required, with additional weekday opportunities available.
