We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team sitting in EST time zone. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient handling of requests. Responsibilities :
- Manage the intake and organization of business requests, categorizing them into technical or project-based tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for enhancement requests and system changes.
- Utilize ServiceNow to oversee ticket management and ensure timely resolution of straightforward requests.
- Develop and maintain documented processes and standard operating procedures to drive efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or tasks related to incoming requests, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Support HR technology initiatives by understanding and documenting requirements for systems like Workday or other HRIS platforms.
- Analyze enhancement requests to determine feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables.
- Create detailed documentation for requirements and processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Assist in change management efforts, including the development of comprehensive project plans and communication strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on coordination and documentation.
- Familiarity with HR technology systems such as Workday or other HRIS platforms.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticket management and workflow tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document requirements clearly.
- Experience in developing and maintaining detailed processes and standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of IT project management principles and methodologies.
