Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, safety-minded Tour Guide to lead guests on guided RZR (UTV) adventures through some of Nevada’s most scenic desert terrain. The ideal candidate loves the outdoors, has strong people skills, and can balance fun with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Lead guided off-road tours safely and professionally in Polaris RZR vehicles

Deliver engaging commentary about the Mojave Desert, local history, and off-road safety

Assist guests with check-in, gear fitting (helmets, goggles, etc.), and pre-tour safety briefings

Operate company vehicles (UTVs, trucks, and trailers) when needed

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure all participants feel comfortable and confident

Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Vegas Off Road Tours

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous guiding, off-roading, or customer service experience preferred

Comfortable operating UTVs or similar off-road vehicles

Physically capable of working outdoors in desert conditions

Strong communication and leadership skills

CPR / First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
