A growing, fun, and fast pace Insurance agency needs a full time Administrative Customer Service member to help send and follow up on esigns, submit new client policies to Farmers, and gather paperwork from Clients!

Responsibilities
Your job duties will include. :
- Answering the phone and routing calls
- Submitting Policies to Farmers
- Sending Esigns
- Calling customers to acquire documentation
- Cross-selling current clients for other lines of business
- Reviewing policies at renewal
- Lienholder and Mortgagee updates
- Cancelling prior insurance carrier
- Billing services
- Scanning and Filing
- Any other administrative task as directed by management
- MUST complete the Assessment to be considered!
- NOT a remote position
Requirements
P&C Insurance License not required at hire, but will be required after probationary period (provided by Agency) Compensation is negotiable if Licensed in TexasBilingual is beneficialPrior insurance agency experience is beneficialPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be coach-able, and work under pressure!Professional phone etiquette and experience.Strong communication skills, both oral and writtenBe capable of handling customer rejectionMust be skilled at typing (60+ wpm)Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phoneMust be 18 or older (background check will be performed)Have no feloniesMust have reliable transportationPreferably live in or near South Arlington 76017Must complete the online Assessment to be considered.NOT a remote positionM-F 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm
