Automotive BDC Manager / Director – Janesville Subaru
Location : Janesville, WI
Pay Range : $70,000 – $100,000+ per year (Base + Bonus)
Janesville Subaru is growing and looking for an experienced Automotive BDC professional to lead our Business Development Center.
This is a Director-level leadership position ideal for someone who’s successfully managed a dealership BDC and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to exceed appointment, sales, and service goals
- Oversee all inbound / outbound calls, internet leads, and CRM follow-up performance
- Implement effective scripts, processes, and lead management strategies
- Work closely with Sales and Service Managers to improve traffic, retention, and conversion rates
- Monitor key performance metrics and deliver regular reporting to senior management
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of dealership BDC or Internet Sales management experienceStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsProven ability to improve processes and meet performance targetsExcellent phone, CRM, and computer skillsEnergetic, organized, and customer-focused mindsetWe Offer :
