Job description

Responsibilities :

Provide nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum

Monitor maternal and fetal health and respond to emergencies

Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process

Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Current Iowa Registered Nurse License or compact nursing license eligible for practice in Iowa

Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification

Strong communication and patient care skills

Passion for maternal and newborn health
