About the Role :

The Elective Orthopedics Unit is a 24-bed facility offering private rooms for post-surgical care primarily focused on elective orthopedic and total joint surgeries. As a Clinical Nurse III, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while working with a diverse team on post-surgical and orthopedic trauma cases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and document treatments in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care effectively.
• Provide both primary and emergency care for a variety of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including both over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for every patient.
• Guide and supervise ancillary personnel while ensuring professional nursing standards are upheld.
