As a Customer Advocate , you'll be a healthcare hero 🦸 for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors 🩺 , medications 💊 , appointments 📅 , and benefits 💼 like a pro, armed with your knowledge 📚 and amazing social skills 🗣️.

📋 The Details

  • 🕘 Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! 😌)
  • ⏰ 8-hour shifts between 8 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 00 p.m. EST
  • 🧠 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! 🧑‍🏫)

    Start : TWO groups starting October 20th and November 3rd , 2025

    Training : 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. (8 weeks)

    Regular Schedule : 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; 11 : 30 a.m. - 8 : 00 p.m. on Wednesday

    A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required prior to employment.
