Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns
Assist with tax planning and strategy development
Maintain and organize tax records and documentation
Support audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
Research tax regulations and ensure compliance with current laws
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in tax preparation or tax-related roles
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Strong understanding of tax codes and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
