Responsibilities
Meet or Exceed monthly and annual sales goalsCultivate new customers and work existing dormant or inactive accounts.Develop pipeline of new loan submissions.Master portal and systems, submission process, and requirements, to ensure smooth customer service.Pipeline management to ensure loan pull through.Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines.Must be able to maintain $2,000,000.00 in month productionConfident personality with strong communication skillsMust be able to structure loans with broker partnersMust have a current active book of Non-QM businessDevelop detailed strategic sales plans to demonstrate how to grow business within assigned accounts or territoryIdentifies and qualifies opportunities, develops a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manages the pipeline with the account management team, including timely follow-up of all leads and advancing leads through the selling process to closeProvides accurate forecasts, customer, competitive and market intelligence to management and business leadership and to the account teamQualifications
Current Wholesale AE experience with book of business, developing, supporting, and maintaining Mortgage Brokers.Thorough knowledge of Non-QMRelationship building internally and externally, to learn process and procedure policies, with the ability to teach and educate these practices to customers.Understanding of current industry compliance polices.Excellent Communication Skills.Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with new business sales (or hunter) mentalityStrong new business prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audienceAbility to effectively partner and collaborate across teamsIf you're ready to open new doors for yourself and your correspondent clients across the country, let's discuss how Foundation Mortgage can support your goals.
