Analyst - Reporting

Description & Requirements

Maximus is hiring a remote Analyst - Reporting to support the General Services Administration in a consolidated contact center environment handling interactions for multiple federal agencies. The Analyst will be responsible for building reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to operational leaders, delivering daily reports directly to the client, and performing ad hoc analyses of trends and data.

This is a fully remote role.

• Position is contingent upon contract award

Must have the ability to pass a federal background check.

Equipment will be provided but must meet the remote position requirement provided below.

Pay Transparency
