Job descriptionWork directly with clients to evaluate needs. Maintain / Develop client relationships. Direct the work of department staff, develop junior engineers. Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, in a timely and economical fashion. Design and develop projects and project details. Operational design and delivery of segmented projects for clients, including sub-consultant teams. Certify, maintain full professional responsibility for all structural deliverables. Ongoing project construction administration.

The client is a small, fast-growing, entrepreneurial full-service MBE consulting engineering firm offering civil and environmental, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Disciplines, seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead its structural group.
The successful candidate must :
- Have BS or MS in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structures.
- Have Indiana PE certification.
- Have excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
- Be quality focused with experience in performing calculations and developing construction documents.
- Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, successfully delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high quality documentation.
Water and Wastewater, AutoCad skills and work experience are a plus.
