POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Marketing Director is a hands-on, strategic leader responsible for building the marketing function at a B2B healthcare SaaS company. This role will own the full marketing stack—from brand positioning and messaging to lead generation and digital execution. The Marketing Director works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing supports business growth, customer engagement, and product adoption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own and execute the company’s marketing strategy, aligned with business goals
• Build brand messaging, voice, positioning, and foundational materials
• Develop and manage demand generation campaigns, including email, paid search, and content marketing
• Create and maintain sales enablement tools like presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
• Write and manage web content, blog posts, landing pages, and digital ads
• Manage and report on campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics and HubSpot
• Optimize SEO, paid media, and conversion funnels for lead capture
• Oversee website performance and improvements
• Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning
• Build internal alignment across teams by clearly communicating marketing plans and performance
• Lay the foundation to scale the marketing function as the company grows, implementing and leveraging AI wherever appropriate
