About the Role

Our team is looking for an All Star clean-up hitter. As a Lead Service Technician , youll be the face of American Services in the fieldserving restaurants, senior living, food retailers, and cold storage facilities across the St. Louis region. Youll troubleshoot, diagnose, repair refrigeration, cooking equipment and HVAC systems, delivering high-quality service that keeps our customers running 24 / 7.

Key Responsibilities

Perform skilled diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment

• Deliver prompt, courteous service to a diverse commercial customer base
• Complete work orders, document services, and communicate job status in real time using mobile technology
• Collaborate with the field manager and dispatch team for efficient routing and scheduling
• Maintain clean, organized tools, inventory, and service vehicle
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed (we invest in training and team culture)
