Job description

HR OPERATIONS & OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Contract 6+ Months 40 hours weekly Onsite first 30 days... Hybrid, there after 3 Days Onsite 2 Days WFH This position anchors day-to-day HR operations and on-site office administration to keep people processes accurate, timely, and compliant. You will process HR transactions in Workday, manage sensitive records, track and reconcile HR invoices / expenses, coordinate CHRO calendar, and serve as a high-touch point of contact for employees and leaders. Key Responsibilities ¿ Respond to day-to-day HR inquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality; triage through shared inbox / ticketing as needed. ¿ Enter and audit Workday transactions (new hires, transfers, terminations, compensation changes) and maintain accurate employee records and digital files. ¿ Invoice processing / expense reconciliation; basic reporting / analysis using excel. ¿ Handle ad-hoc HR administrative requests. ¿ Track HR budgets; process vendor invoices, purchase requests / POs, and credit card reconciliations; compile basic financial and productivity reports for HR leadership. ¿ Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, itineraries, and expense reports for HR leadership. Qualifications ¿ Experience : 3-5+ years supporting HR operations (Workday experience required). ¿ Tools : Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfort with HR systems (Workday / HRIS) and document management. ¿ Skills : Meticulous attention to detail, strong data entry / QA, excellent organization and judgment, customer-service mindset, ability to handle multiple priorities and confidential matters. ¿ Education : Associates degree (or equivalent experience) required; bachelors a plus.
