  • Location : Sanford, NC 27330 (Central North Carolina, near Raleigh & Durham)\n
  • Healthcare Setting : Surgery / Operating Room (OR) – Acute Care Hospital\n
  • Contract Type : 13-week Travel Nursing Assignment\n
  • Start Date : October 20, 2025\n
  • End Date : January 19, 2026\n
  • Shift : 8 Hour Days (6 : 45 AM – 3 : 15 PM)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed\n
  • Weekend / Call : Every other weekend; up to 15 call shifts / month\n
  • Scrubs : Provided\n
  • Weekly Estimated Pay : $1930–$2070 per week\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
  • Previous travel nursing experience in the Main OR preferred\n
  • Certifications required : ACLS, BLS, CPI / HWC / MAB (must be obtained prior to start)\n
  • Ability to float to other hospital units as needed\n
  • Strong adaptability, teamwork, and clinical skills\n

    • \n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients of all ages\n
  • Assist surgeons and surgical teams in a sterile environment\n
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and other healthcare professionals\n
  • Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and ensure patient safety\n
  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled\n
  • Accurately document patient care using Cerner EHR\n
  • Float to other units to support overall patient care as needed\n
