Sr. Associate, Meetings Global Meetings & Events
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will support the Global Meetings Management (GMM) team in the coordination and operational execution of Amgen's meeting portfolio across the product lifecyclefrom R&D through launch and commercial activities.
This role focuses on administrative and logistical support for meetings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the planning and execution process. The Sr. Associate will assist with materials review, supplier coordination, and data management to ensure adherence to Amgen's policies and standards.
Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Product Meetings Lead and Meetings & Events Manager, Product Meetings, this role contributes to the delivery of exceptional, compliant, and globally consistent meeting experiences that support Amgen's mission and business objectives.

Basic Qualifications :
Master's degree
OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in HCP meeting management, project coordination, or event logistics, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
Or
Associate's degree and 6 years of experience in HCP meeting management, project coordination, or event logistics, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
Or
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience in HCP meeting management, project coordination, or event logistics, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
