A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR function and enhance operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team, setting clear goals and managing team capacity
Oversee end-to-end AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and customer relationship management
Develop and maintain AR reporting packages, tracking key performance metrics and providing actionable insights
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing custom billing plans and payment arrangements
Strong background in collections with a customer service-focused approach
Experience delivering AR reporting and performance metrics
Proficiency with accounting / ERP systems and reporting tools
