As a Network Systems Administrator at Rincon, you will lead our efforts to execute the deployment, maintenance, and continued operations of our network infrastructure. As part of your role, you will work with IT function leads, program managers, customers, and telecommunications vendors to ensure connectivity, performance, and to continuously improve network capabilities. You will be involved in all areas of network delivery, including architecture, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and service expansion.

What are the primary responsibilities in the Sr. Network Systems Administrator position?

• Acting as the initial point of contact to provide technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving end-user technical issues
• Collaborating with other employees to research and resolve problems
• Performing system and office deployments to include computers and peripheral devices
• Providing and installing approved hardware and software
• Supporting, managing, and maintaining the configuration and installation of end user workstations
• Assisting in creating and updating training and knowledge base materials
• Conducting new user onboarding, which includes account creation, office configuration, and user orientation and training.
• Maintaining computer and equipment inventory for designated site
• Provide onsite project support
• Manage and maintain local server and networking equipment as well as RF infrastructure
• Up to 30% Travel, as required
